Dr. Anieti Udofia, the Honourable Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, has been named Commissioner of the Year 2025 in Akwa Ibom State.
This was announced by the Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, Ph.D., today, January 2, in his hometown.
Governor Eno, while appreciating Dr. Udofia, added that the award is a well-deserved recognition for his outstanding leadership, performance, and successful coordination and organization of Christmas Unplugged 3.0.
The Governor also announced a personal donation of ₦20 million to Dr. Udofia, and ₦100 million to the Christmas Unplugged Committee and team, in appreciation of their efforts.
Dr. Udofia will be presented with the official award at an Executive Council meeting yet to be announced.
